Orders typically depart within one to two business days. Backordered items are clearly noted in product descriptions and communicated via email. Shipping costs appear during checkout. Digital products include download instructions sent immediately after purchase.
Damaged items
Document damage with photos and report it within 15 days of receipt. We'll provide a return shipping label and send a replacement or refund.
