What does the trial cost, and what happens at day 14?
The 14-day evaluation is free. Before the trial ends we'll walk through pricing with you and confirm whether you want to convert to an annual plan — nothing renews automatically, and if you decide not to continue your data stays exportable for 90 days.
Can my whole team join the trial?
Yes. The trial includes 5 seats by default (1 BCBA admin + 4 RBTs / supervisors). Larger clinic? Reply to the welcome email and we'll bump your seat count for the trial period.
What happens to our trial data when we convert?
Everything carries over — clients, goals, sessions, notes. Conversion is a one-click upgrade; you don't migrate or rebuild.
Is this only for ABA, or do SLPs / OTs use it too?
ABA is our deepest fit (BCBAs and RBTs make up the majority of users), but the goal architecture works well for SLPs and OTs working on early-skills programming. Mixed-discipline clinics are very welcome.
