Welcome email
You'll receive an email from Stages Learning with a link to set your password and log into your ARIS Online workspace.

Day 1
Set up your team
Add up to 5 RBT seats from your dashboard. Invite the BCBAs and supervisors who'll be running sessions during the trial.

Day 11 (3 days before trial ends)
Trial-end check-in
We'll email you a heads-up before your card is charged. If you decide to continue, your data carries over — no migration, no rebuild.
Didn't get the welcome email?
Most welcome emails arrive within 5 minutes, but occasionally they take a little longer or land in spam. A few things to try:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for an email from Stages Learning
- Make sure the email address you used at checkout was correct (case matters)
- Add hello@stageslearning.com to your contacts so future ARIS messages don't get filtered
